The door and door seal are warranted against defects in material and workmanship for the lifetime of the tub, parts only. The Faucet and Shower attachment are warranted by the manufactures warranty.

15 year Fiberglass Warranty

The fiberglass structure and supporting steel frame are warranted against defects in material and workmanship under normal use conditions.

1 Year Parts Warranty

Includes the motors, manifold drain system and thermostatic valve. If your Walk-in Bath Tub should need service please contact the Dealer / Installer from whom you purchased the tub to arrange replacement of the defective part.

Warranty Registration

In order to be eligible for our warranty, it is necessary that you submit a form provided with your complete name, address and telephone number. If the tub is not registered with Serenity Walk In Bathtubs within 45 days of shipment from the factory, the warranty will not be honored. You can mail, E-mail or fax this registration to:
